What is The Fairfield International Food Fest?
The first-ever Fairfield International Food Fest (The Fest) debuts Saturday, August 30, 2025 (Labor Day Weekend) from 4:00–8:00 PM at the Fairfield Theatre Company.
This vibrant, family-friendly celebration spans the entire FTC campus — StageOne, The Warehouse, and The Lot — showcasing the diverse cultures that shape our community. Enjoy global dishes like Korean bulgogi, Mexican ceviche, Thai dumplings, British pot pie, Greek gyros, and international desserts like gelato, Italian ice, and more!
Guests 21+ can sample wines from around the world in the Mezzanine Lounge, hosted by Kindred Spirits & Wine and Highland Imports.
Produced by ConnectFairfield, The Fest is more than a food event — it's a dynamic experience filled with music, artisans, performances, and community connection.
